In today's competitive e-commerce landscape, building customer trust and providing comprehensive product information are crucial for driving conversions. A dedicated Q&A section offers an invaluable resource for prospective buyers seeking specific details and for merchants to proactively address common inquiries.


You can show a separate Question and Answer section by following the steps below:


Step 1: Navigate to Themes and click on the Customize button.


Step 2: Now, within the Theme Customizer, navigate to Default Product and add the block Rivyo: Product Q&A.

  • This is the visual representation of the dedicated question and answer once you set it up in the store.
