Enable the Questions & Answers Module

In order to activate the Question & Answer module, please navigate to the Rivyo Product Review App and proceed to the Questions & Answers section.

  • Now, click on the "Settings" option and then select "Display Q&A" to enable the question and answer section in your store.

  • This will enable the "Ask Question" button and the "Question" tab within the review section on product page.
