Send Email Alerts When You Reply to Customer Questions
- In order to send response to your customer when you answer their question, navigate to the Rivyo Product Review App and proceed to the Questions & Answers section.
- And select the option "Send Answer Alerts". Once enabled, customers will receive an email notification when their questions are answered.
Use the following tags to display information in your email:
