Email Notification for Questions/Answers.

Step 1: Go to Rivyo Product Review & Q/A App --> Questions & Answers

Step 2: Select the option "Send an alert after answering?"

Once you enable this, Customer will receive an email when their questions are answered.

Add this shortcode {{status}}, {{name}}, {{product_title}}, {{product_title_withoutlink}}, {{question}}, {{answer}} to display in mail.
