Email Notification for Questions/Answers.

Step 1: Go to Rivyo Product Review & Q/A App --> Questions & Answers

Step 2: Click on YES to enable the option and click on Save.

Once you enable it so customer will receive an email when you answer their question.

Add this shortcode {{status}}, {{name}}, {{product_title}}, {{product_title_withoutlink}}, {{question}}, {{answer}} to display in mail.
