Responding to Customer Reviews
Step 1: Navigate to the Rivyo Product Review App: In your Admin Panel, go to Apps and select Rivyo Product Review.
Step 2: Select the Review Section: Click on the Review section.
Step 3: Select a Review: Find and click on the specific review you want to respond to.
Step 4: Type Your Reply: Enter your response in the provided response box.
Step 5: Notify the Customer (Optional): If you'd like to email your response to the customer, Select the box that says "Notify customer of your response".
Step 6: Submit Your Response: Finally, click the Respond button.
By following these steps, you can actively engage with your customers and enhance their experience.
