Email Request Sent Report

Rivyo helps you track your product review email requests. Here's how to access and understand the report:

Navigate to the Notifications section and select the Email option


  • Select the Order Mail Sent Tab : Here, you can access the list of automatically sent emails to customers following their order fulfillment in your store.

    • Sent Column: This column indicates whether the email has been sent or is pending. A pending status indicates that the email will be sent after a specific number of days following order fulfillment.
    • Review Status: This column indicates whether a customer has submitted their review via the email we sent. 'Received' means the review has been submitted, while 'Not Received' means it has not yet been submitted.
    • Skip Product: This column indicates whether the automated email contains any products you've chosen not to include in review requests.
    • Action Column: This will let you resend a review request email to customers who haven't yet submitted their review after the initial outreach.
    • Unsubscribed Email : You can view the list of customers who have unsubscribed from your mailing list by selecting the "Unsubscribed Email" option, located in the top right corner. Please note that review request emails will not be sent to these customers.
