Email Request Sent Report.

Step 1: Go to Rivyo Product Review & Q/A App --> Notifications -> E-mail --> Click on Edit Button.

Step 2: In this report, you will see the status of sent emails in the Order Mail Sent tab. In sent status "yes" symbol is showing that email is sent to the customer. And the Resend button is for if you feel that your customer has been not responded to your mail then you can send them again feedback mail on the spot.

If customer has given reviews then it will show status as True otherwise False in Review Given.

You will also be able to filter the mail list by Order Number, Email ID, Date and Status.
