How to exclude (block) a product from review request email ?
You can exclude specific products from being included in review request emails by following the below steps.
Step 1: Navigate to Rivyo Product Review >> Notification >> Email
Step 2: Select Block/UnBlock tab and click on the Select Product Button
Step 3: Select the product you wish to exclude from review request emails and click the 'Save' button.
When a customer places an order containing any of the excluded products, Rivyo will not add the product to the review request email. This ensures that customers only receive review requests for products you want feedback on.
