How to send Automatic Email Requests?

Rivyo's automated email feature allows you to collect customer reviews by sending feedback requests a specified number of days after an order is fulfilled. This helps you gather valuable insights and social proof for your products.


  • How to Set Up Automated Feedback Emails
  1. Navigate to Rivyo Settings:
    • From your Shopify admin, go to Rivyo: Reviews & Loyalty App.
    • Click on Notification.
    • Select Email.
  1. Enable and Configure Automatic Mails:
    • Within the Automatic Mail tab, Click on the "Enable Automated Emails".
    • Select the specific number of days on which you would like to send a review request email after the order has been fulfilled.

  1. Finally, click on the "Save" button.

Additionally, you can also prevent automatic emails from being sent to customers who have already submitted a product review in the store by ticking "Stop Review Emails for Customers Who Already Reviewed"
