How to send Automatic Email Requests?

This feature enables users to schedule automatic feedback emails to be sent after a specified number of days following order fulfillment. This facilitates the collection of customer reviews for the purchased products.

Step 1: Go to Rivyo Product Reviews App --> Notification --> Email

Step 2: Now, in the Automatic Mail tab. Enable the automated emails and specify the timeframe. The email will be sent following the specified timeframe from the order fulfillment date. Finally, click on the "Save" button.
