How to send Automatic Email Requests?

Rivyo's automation email feature allows you to collect customer reviews by sending feedback requests a specified number of days after an order is fulfilled. This helps you gather valuable insights and social proof for your products.


  • How to Set Up Automated Feedback Emails
  1. Navigate to Rivyo :
    • From your Shopify admin, go to Rivyo: Reviews & Loyalty App.
    • Click on Reviews >> Collect Reviews tab
    • Select Review Request.


  1. Enable and Configure Automatic Mails:
    • Within the Review Automation tab, Click on the "Enable Automatic Review Request ".
    • Choose when you’d like to send the request: upon order placement or after the order is fulfilled.
    • Select the specific number of days on which you would like to send a review request email after the order has been fulfilled.


  1. Finally, click on the "Save" button.

Other Email Settings:

  • Send reminder if no review is submitted : Set up an automatic reminder email for customers who haven’t left a review after their order has been fulfilled. The email will be sent after a specific number of days following the order fulfillment date.


  • Send to repeat customers only : Review requests will be sent only to customers who have placed repeat orders, based on number of orders specified here.

  • Review Email Control : You can also prevent automatic emails from being sent to customers who have already submitted a product review in the store by ticking "Stop sending requests if customer already reviewed"

  • Review Alerts : Get instant notifications when a customer submits a review with the rating you’ve selected, allowing you to reach out and resolve any issues quickly.
