All Review Listing. (Admin)

This article explains how store admins can view, manage, and take action on reviews using the Rivyo Product Reviews app.

Accessing the Reviews Section

1. Navigate to Apps in your store.
2. Open Rivyo Product Reviews.
3. Select the Reviews section.

• In the Reviews section, you’ll find two main options for displaying and managing reviews:

  
  

1. All Reviews Listing

• Shows all reviews from your store (excluding store reviews).
• To take action on a review, select any review. This will lets you:
  • Publish or Unpublish the review.
  • Delete the review.
  • Add or remove review from testimonial,

• Clicking on the review will also lets you send a response to your customer

2. Product-wise Reviews Listing

• Click the "Products" tab to see a list of all products.
• The three-dot menu provides options to view product reviews, export single product reviews, and generate QR codes for collecting reviews.

• Click on any product to see all reviews related to that product.
• From here, you can:
  • Publish or Unpublish reviews.
  • Favourite or Unfavourite reviews.
  • Pin or Unpin reviews.
  • Delete reviews.
