VIP Tier - Loyalty Program

Encourage customers to spend more and stay active by offering special VIP levels

they can unlock.


Steps to Enable the VIP Tier


Navigate to the VIP Tier Settings :

  • Go to your Rivyo dashboard.
  • Click on Loyalty Program from the main menu.
  • Select the VIP Tier tab.


Enable the VIP Tier :

  • In the VIP Tier tab, ensure the Status is set to Enabled.

Configuring VIP Tier Options :

Within the VIP Tier tab, you will find settings that let you customize how customers achieve and maintain their VIP status:

  1. Tier Criteria :
    • Choose how customers enter or progress through a tier.
    • You can set the criteria based on:
      • Total points collected – customers qualify for tiers by earning a set number of points.
      • Total spending amount – customers qualify based on the total money they’ve spent in your store.
  1. Tier Progress Reset :
  • Decide when you’d like the progress to reset.
  • This options allows you to reset progress "At the end of the calendar year", "after specific number of month" , or not resetting at all.
  • This ensures you can align rewards with your business cycle.

Add New Tier

You can create a new Tier by clicking on the "Add new tier" button

  • Please provide the name for the tier and ensure that the number of points or the amount required for customers to access the tier is added.

Add Benefits

  • Click on the "Add Benefit" button to configure the benefits you wish to provide to your customers for this tier.

  • Once everything is setup the loyalty card will be visible in the Loyalty page of your store, see the screenshot below
