Adding Customer Review and Loyalty to Shopify's Customer accounts pages

You can display both Customer Reviews and Loyalty Points pages in the customer account section. Here’s how to set it up for your store’s customers.


First, ensure that the new "Customer accounts" and "Show sign-in links" are enabled in the Shopify store Setting >> Customer accounts.

  • Now go to your Checkout settings and click the Customize button.

  • In the customization window, click Apps.
  • Select the Loyalty Account Page or Customer Reviews and click the "+" button.

  • A popup will appear labeled “Accounts.” Click on it.

Now you need to add the customer reviews to the menu so that your customer can access this page from their account page,

  • To make the Loyalty or Customer Review page visible, click Add to Menu.
  • Save current progress when prompted by clicking Save.

  • You will now be redirected to the Menu page, where you can update the page label (This name will be visible to your customers on there account page).

  • After updating the label, click the Save button.
  • The new page (Customer Review or Loyalty Points) will now be available in your customers' account area, giving them easy access to these sections.


Repeat the same steps for each feature (Loyalty Points and Customer Reviews) so both are displayed on the customer account page.
