Bulk Actions for Reviews

This article outlines the available bulk actions for managing reviews from various sources within your Store.

You can perform bulk actions to approve, reject, or delete the reviews sourced below.

To perform Bulk Action, Navigate to Reviews >> Click on Bulk Actions

Available Bulk Actions:

Approve All Reviews: This action will approve all selected reviews from the chosen source(s). Use this carefully as it will permanently mark the selected reviews as approved.
Reject All Reviews: This action will reject all selected reviews from the chosen source(s). Rejected reviews will not be displayed publicly on the store's front end.
Delete All Reviews: This action will permanently delete all selected reviews from the chosen source(s). Use this action with extreme caution as deleted reviews cannot be recovered.

Important Notes:

Bulk actions should be used with discretion and after careful consideration.
Always review the selected reviews individually before performing any bulk action.
Take a backup of your review data before performing the bulk delete to prevent accidental data loss.
