Edit review or Correct Review

The option to edit reviews is a convenient feature that allows you to effortlessly make minor adjustments (of up to 30 characters) to the name, title, and content of a review. Additionally, you have the option to incorporate images according to your plan, providing a useful way to rectify a typo or accommodate reviewer requests.


  1. Navigate to Admin Panel >> Apps >> Rivyo Product Reviews


  1. Then select the Reviews >> All Reviews >> Click on the three-dot menu  >> and click on the "Edit Review" option for the specific review that you would like to edit.

  1. Upon selecting the Edit Review option, a pop-up window will appear displaying the review details. Here, you can make necessary edits or updates and provide a justification for the modification before saving the changes. Subsequently, click on the Send Email button. This action will update the review and send an email notification to the reviewer, informing them of the changes and providing the option to revert the modifications.
