Edit review or Correct Review
The option to edit reviews is a convenient feature that allows you to effortlessly make minor adjustments (of up to 30 characters) to the name, title, and content of a review. Additionally, you have the option to incorporate images according to your plan, providing a useful way to rectify a typo or accommodate reviewer requests.
- Navigate to Admin Panel >> Apps >> Rivyo Product Reviews
- Then Select the Reviews >> All Reviews >> and click on the specific review that you would like to edit.
- Once you select the reviews, you will see the "Edit" button at the top right corner of the page, Click on the Edit button,
- You can now edit or update the review here, and add the reason for the edit to save the changes. Afterward, click on the Send Email button, This action will update the review and send an email notification to the reviewer, providing them with the option to revert the modification.
