How to Disable Automatic Publishing of Reviews on Rivyo App?

To disable Automatic Publishing of Reviews in Rivyo app please follow the below steps,


Step 1: Select Reviews >> Collect Review >> Publishing and moderation



Step 2: Select the "None" option under Auto-Publish Reviews section on the page and click on "save" button to prevent reviews from being automatically published in your store.


  • ​Once you disable automatic publishing of reviews, you will be able to review each new submission before it goes live.
  • ​To publish the reviews, navigate to Reviews >> Product reviews >> Select the review with "pending" status that you want to publish, then click on the Publish button.
