How to import reviews from LOOX?

To import reviews from the Loox app please follow the below steps.

Step-1: Go to Admin Panel --> Apps --> Rivyo Product Review & Q/A.


Step 2: After going into the application, Go to the Import & Export Review --> Import/Export Reviews

Step 3: Select Loox from the given apps and upload CSV file which you exported from the Loox app. Check that checkbox if you want all reviews to get approved and click on Import Review.
