How to import reviews using CSV?

You can import reviews using CSV file in 2 ways.

1. You can import reviews from other apps (Shopify, Judge.Me, Loox, Stamped.io, Yotpo, etc.).

2. Create a CSV file using demo CSV of our app and import it.

1. You can import reviews from other apps --> In this you can import reviews from the other review app. First, you need to export reviews from other app and you get CSV file downloaded. and then in our app select the app and upload that CSV file. Fill that checkbox if you want to get all reviews approved and then click on Import Review. Here are the steps. 

Step-1: Go to Admin Panel --> Apps --> Rivyo Product Review & Q/A. 

Step 2: After going into the application, Go to the Import & Export Review --> Import/Export Reviews

Step 3: After that, you will see the import & export reviews section. Select the app and upload the CSV file there. Check that checkbox if you want all reviews to get approved and click on Import Review. 

2. Create CSV file and import it.--> Download that Sample CSV and set your data as per that format. After that upload the CSV file and check that checkbox if you want all reviews to get approved and click on "Import Review".

Step-1: Go to Admin Panel --> Apps --> Rivyo Product Review & Q/A.

Step 2: After going into the application, Go to the Import & Export Review --> Import/Export Reviews

Step 3: Select CSV, Upload the CSV file and click on Import Review.
