How to import reviews using CSV?
Rivyo allows you to easily integrate customer reviews from various sources, boosting your online store's credibility and customer trust.
If you have gathered reviews from various sources and possess them in a CSV or Excel file, you can import them into Rivyo using the first method with a CSV file.
Alternatively, if you are transitioning from another reviews application, you can import reviews from other platforms (Shopify, Judge.Me, Loox, Stamped.io, Yotpo, etc.) by following the second method outlined in this article.
This article outlines two methods for importing reviews:
1. Import using the demo CSV file.
2. Import reviews using a file from another app.

First, download the CSV file that is compatible with Rivyo from here. - Download CSV FILE
After downloading the file, please fill it with the reviews and any other necessary information. If you do not have data for any column, leave it blank; do not remove any columns, even if they are empty.

Note: If customers' email IDs are unavailable, use a dummy email ID in the email column for reviews.
After completing the CSV file, follow the subsequent steps to import the reviews into your store
Step-1: Navigate to Admin Panel --> Apps --> Rivyo Product Reviews.
Step 2: then Reviews --> Import Reviews
Step 3: Select CSV, Upload the CSV file, and click on Import Review.
- Import reviews using a file from another app : (Shopify, Judge.Me, Loox, Stamped.io, Yotpo, etc.)
First, export the reviews from another app to download a CSV file.
Step 1 : Then, open our app in your store and navigate to Reviews --> Import Reviews,
Step 2: Now select the app in the dropdown for which you've exported the reviews and then click on the add file to select the the CSV file.
If you wish to approve all reviews automatically, check the corresponding box before clicking on 'Import Review'. Below are the steps accompanied by screenshots.
