How can you get product reviews?

The Rivyo Product Reviews offers two convenient methods for gathering valuable customer feedback through email: Automatic Emails and Manual Emails. This article will guide you through the steps for utilizing each option


1. Automatic Emails :

This feature allows you to automatically send feedback requests to customers after a set days once their orders have been fulfilled. Setting this up ensures a consistent flow of reviews with minimal manual effort.


Here's how to enable automatic feedback emails:

Step 1: Access the Rivyo App in Your Admin Panel

  • Navigate to your store's Admin Panel. Locate and click on Apps, then select Rivyo Product Reviews


Step 2: Navigate to Email Notification Settings

  • Within the Rivyo application, go to the Notifications section, then click on Email. click on it to access the email settings.


Step 3: Enable Automatic Emails and Set the Delay

  • On the Automatic Email page, find the option labeled "Enable Automatic Emails". Check this option to enable it.
  • Next, you'll need to specify the number of days after order fulfillment that you want the feedback email to be sent to the customer. Enter the desired number of days in the provided field.

  • Finally, click on the Save button to apply your changes.

That's it! Customers will now automatically receive a feedback request email the specified number of days after their orders are marked as fulfilled.


2. Manual Emails:

The Manual email option provides you with the flexibility to manually send feedback requests to individual customers. This can be useful for existing orders or when you want to send your request to any specific customer.


Follow these steps to send custom feedback emails:

Step 1: Open the Manual Mail Tab and Enter Details

  • Within the same page, locate and click on the Manual Email tab.

  • Here, you will need to enter the customer's email address in the designated field.
  • Next, you need to select the specific product(s) for which you are requesting feedback. You can choose one or multiple products. You can add max 5 product in the Manual mail.

  • Once you have entered the customer's email and selected the product(s), click on the Save button to send the feedback request.

Using the Manual Mail option allows you to target specific customers and products for feedback, providing a more personalized approach.


By utilizing either the Automatic or Custom email options within the Rivyo Product Review & Q&A app, you can effectively gather valuable customer reviews to enhance your product listings and build trust with potential buyers.
