How can you get product reviews?

You can get reviews via Sending Email requests. There are 2 ways to send feedback email requests.

1. Automatic feedback mail. --> In this option feedback mail automatic sent to the customer after order fulfillment. Here are the steps to follow:

Step 1: Go to Admin Panel --> Apps --> Rivyo Product Review & Q/A

Step 2: After going into the application, Go to the Notification >> Email >> Click on Edit Button.

Step 3: You need to enable the option "Enable Automatic Mail" and set the days after that customer gets feedback email. Click on Save. So in this way customer gets feedback mail after the days you set of order fulfillment. 

2. Custom mail. --> In this option you need to send feedback mail to customers manually (one by one). Please follow the below steps:

Step 1: Go to Admin Panel --> Apps -->Rivyo Product Review & Q/A

Step 2: After going into the application, Go to the Notification >> Email >> Click on Edit Button.

Step 3: Open Manual Mail tab >> Now you need to enter customer email id and select the product (one or multiple products) which customer has bought and Click on Save. This is how you can send one-by-one feedback mail request.
