Store Review

Store reviews are like online recommendations for your whole shop. When people leave good reviews about your service, shipping, and website, it builds trust with new shoppers. Think of them as a powerful way to show everyone that you're a great place to shop.

It's important to understand the distinction between store reviews and product reviews on your Shopify store, as they serve different purposes and provide different types of feedback. Store reviews are about your business as a whole, while Product reviews are about individual things you sell.

Steps to Display Store Reviews using Rivyo:

Navigate to the Rivyo App: From your Shopify Admin Panel, go to Apps and select Rivyo Product Review.

Within the Rivyo app, locate and click on Widget Settings.

Go to Store Review Settings: In the Widget Settings, find and select the Store Review option.

Copy the Display Code: You will find a specific code snippet provided. Carefully copy the following code:

Paste the Code: Now, navigate to the section of your Shopify store where you want to display the store reviews. This could be on a dedicated page you create (e.g., "Customer Testimonials") or integrated into an existing page. Paste the copied code into the HTML editor of that section.

Once you've implemented the code, your store reviews will be visible to your customers on your live Shopify store, similar to the example shown below. This dedicated section will showcase the positive feedback your business has received, building trust and encouraging new customers to shop with confidence.
