How to send Manually Email Requests?

This option enables you to manually send feedback emails.

Step 1: Navigate to Rivyo :

    • From your Shopify admin, go to Rivyo: Reviews & Loyalty App.
    • Click on Reviews >> Collect Reviews tab
    • Select Review Request.


Step 2: Locate the tab labeled Send Manual Request. Enter your customers email address and select the products for which you wish to send a feedback request email. Then, click on the Send Review Request button to send the email.
