How to Disapprove Already Approved Questions?
To get all settings of the Question/Answer module go to Questions & Answers as below image.
Go to Rivyo Product Review & Q/A App --> Questions & Answers.
After Enabling Question / Answer module, you will see a list of all Questions with all necessary details as below image.
First, you need to select which one you want to disapprove and then click on Status as given below screenshot. You will see 2 options, select Disapproved and you will see the results.
