How to Approve/Disapprove/Delete, Reply the Questions/Answers?

Navigate to the Rivyo Product Review App and proceed to the Questions & Answers section

1. Filter Questions & Answers

You can filter Questions & Answers in multiple ways to manage them efficiently.

  • Filter by Status

There are three filter options available:

    • All – Displays all Questions & Answers
    • Approved – Displays only approved Questions & Answers
    • Disapproved – Displays only disapproved Questions & Answers

Simply click on the desired filter option to update the list.

  • Filter by Product

You can also filter Questions & Answers for a specific product:

    1. Click on Product
    2. Search for or select the desired product
    3. Click on the Add button

This will display Questions & Answers related only to the selected product.


2. Delete Question or Answer

  1. Select the checkboxes for the Questions & Answers entries you want to delete, Or you can select all by selecting the top checkbox to delete all the Questions & Answers
  2. Click on the Delete button

This will remove all selected Questions & Answers at once


3. Reply to a Question

To reply to a customer’s question:

  1. Click on the Edit icon
  2. Enter your reply in the answer field
  3. Check the Approve box (if you want the reply to be visible)
  4. Click Save
