Redirect to Thank You Page

When a customer submits their feedback by clicking the Submit button, they can be automatically redirected to a specific page of your choice (for example, a Thank You page, homepage, or custom landing page). This can be configured easily from the Rivyo app settings.

• Navigate to Admin Panel >> Apps >> Rivyo Product Review.

• Go to the Widget styling >> General Settings >> Click on Customize Button

• Under General Settings, scroll down to find the Redirect to Thank You Page option
  • Enable the Redirect to Thank You Page option.
  • Paste the URL of the page in the "Page Link" where you want customers to be redirected after submitting their review.
  • Click Save to apply the changes.

Once enabled, customers will be redirected to the specified page immediately after they successfully submit their feedback.
