Setting Up Email Notifications in Rivyo

Stay informed the instant your customers leave feedback or ask a question about product in your stoer by enabling email notifications in the Rivyo Product Reviews. Follow the comprehensive steps below to ensure you never miss an important customer review.


1. Access the Rivyo App Settings

  • Open your Rivyo Product Reviews app from your Shopify dashboard.
  • Click on Settings in the left-side menu.

2. Go to Email Notification Settings

  • Select the Notification section.

  • Select Email

3. Enable Email Notifications

  • Click on the Email Notification Tab
  • And tick the Enable Notification Checkbox

4. Configure Notification Details.

Once you enable the notification, you will be able to configure the email notification details.

  • Sender Name : Enter the name that you would like to display as the sender name in your customers' inbox
  • Sender Email : Enter the email address to which you would like to send the email. Kindly ensure to verify the email address by "Send Verification" link. ( If you are using a custom domain email, please contact our support team at support@webcontrive.com for assistance )
  • Recipient Emails : Please enter the email addresses to which you would like to receive notifications when a customer leaves a review or submits a question. You can enter multiple email addresses by adding them on new lines.

5. Save Your Changes.

After completing all fields, click Save to apply your settings.
