Email Notification Setting.
After enabling Email Notification option you will get an email notification when your customers will leave their feedback. You just need to fill in the below details.
1. Sender Name - the name will be displayed to customers in email while sending feedback mail.
2. Sender Email - feedback email will send from this mail.
3. Recipient Emails - when a customer left feedback you will get a notification in this mail id. ( you can add multiple emails in this field)
Please follow the below steps:
- Go to Rivyo Product Review & Q/A App --> Settings --> Email Notification --> Click on Edit Button.
- When you go to the page you will see the Email Notification option. Please enable it and set name & email IDs as per your requirement.
